Terms and conditions

1. Operator

The services are provided by S.C. A CORE S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 53221762, Trade Register no. J2026001026003, registered office at Bălnaca village no. 302, Șuncuiuș commune, Bihor county, Romania, phone [phone], e-mail [e-mail]. Activities take place at Bălnaca village no. 302, Șuncuiuș commune, Bihor county.

2. Services and prices

• Guided recreational ATV tour, price per ATV (1–2 people): 1 hour – 250 RON; 2 hours – 400 RON; 3 hours – 500 RON; 4 hours – 600 RON. Up to 4 people on 2 ATVs can take part in a tour. The tour is reserved exclusively for the group that makes the booking. Start times are 9:00, 14:00 and 18:00; 3- and 4-hour tours are not available for the 18:00 start.
• Guided recreational e-bike tour (pedal-assist): 70 RON / hour / person (e-bike included), up to 3 people, duration of 1 or 2 hours, starting at 9:00 or 14:00.

Prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and include all applicable taxes, the safety briefing, protective equipment and a tour leader who guides the tour.

3. Booking and payment

Bookings are made online, at least 4 hours before the start time, by choosing the activity, the date and one of the available start times. Before the booking is confirmed, the person making it reads the rules of participation (section 5) and signs an acceptance declaration online, entering their full name, ID card series and number or passport number, and home address. The booking is confirmed right away, with no advance payment. Payment is made in cash on site (Bălnaca village no. 302), before the activity starts; a fiscal receipt is issued on request.

4. Cancellation, refunds and transfer

• We start preparing the tour as soon as you book, so the amount cannot be refunded.
• The booking can be transferred to another person if the person who made it contacts us by e-mail or phone.
• Not following the tour leader’s instructions may lead to the tour being cancelled at any moment, without any refund.
• If we cancel the activity (dangerous weather, technical reasons), we will let you know and offer to reschedule.

Under art. 16(l) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

5. Rules of participation

• The safety briefing before departure is mandatory. The protective equipment provided must be worn for the whole tour.
• Participants must follow the tour leader’s instructions at all times and must not leave the set route. Not following the instructions may lead to the tour being cancelled at any moment, without any refund.
• Driving the ATV in 4×4 mode, in low range or with the differential locked is not allowed.
• The ATV winch may only be used in the situations specified by the tour leader.
• The minimum age for ATV drivers on public roads is 18, with a category B driving licence. Minors and people without a driving licence can join the driver as passengers.
• The cost of repairing any damage is borne in full by the customer, together with the related costs (for example transporting the ATV). Repairs can only be carried out by the authorised service centre that also performs the warranty repairs of the equipment.
• Taking part under the influence of alcohol or other substances is not allowed.
• Tours follow existing roads, outside protected natural areas.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation, without a refund, to anyone who endangers their own safety or the safety of others.
