What data we collect and why

When you book, we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number and any notes you add, in order to perform the contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): confirming your booking, contacting you about the activity and issuing tax documents.

The rules acceptance declaration

Before your booking is confirmed, the person making it enters their full name, ID card series and number or passport number, home address and a digital signature, to accept the rules of participation. We process this data to enter into and perform the contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in our legitimate interest in identifying the person responsible for the equipment and any damage (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Together with the date, time and IP address of the signature, it is stored on our server and is only accessible to administrators. We do not use it for any other purpose and do not share it with third parties, except with authorities upon their lawful request.

Payments

Payment is made in cash on site. We do not collect or process any card data.

How long we keep your data

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and afterwards for the period required by financial and accounting law. Declaration data (ID document, address, signature) is kept for no more than 3 years from the date of the activity (the general limitation period) and is then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). To exercise your rights, write to us at [e-mail].
